The PEACE Foundation's greatest strength has been its ability to move individuals to action. Its human resources include:
- One full-time President (Sondra Samuels has an MBA in Marketing from Atlanta University in Georgia. She is a consultant by profession, past manager at a fortune 50 firm, and business owner.)
- One full-time Executive Director (Michelle Martin has a BSW degree in Social Work from Valparaiso University in Indiana. She is a social worker by training, past director of three community organizations, and a successful political consultant.)
- One full-time Operations and Project Coordinatior (Laura Wolff)
- One part-time Community Empowerment Coordinator
- One or more full-time Americorps VISTA community organizer position(s)
- Project contractors (part-time) as needed
- 8 Northside Liaisons who serve in the area they live
- 12 Northside Youth StandUp Steering Committee members
- 12 Board Members representing diverse perspectives
- Over 50 volunteer experts in various fields to assist with fundraising, congregation organizing, street-level solutions, public engagement, and the PEACE Ball
